The :purple_circle: 360 Team is responsible for guiding the EC’s strategy, holding context for :large_blue_circle: Gitcoin Citizens, and acting as points of accountability for :white_circle: Citizens who spin up new initiatives through the Citizen Grants program.

:rocket: The Gitcoin Citizen Grants Program is now split into Citizens Retro (Retroactive Funding), Citizens Innovate (Citizen Proposals) and Citizens Forward (RFPs). Check out the notion site for in-depth details and tell us what you’ve been up to on the governance forum.

:three: A GG20 Project Charter has been introduced, as a revitalized approach to designing and managing the GG20 OSS Round, the new framework will unfold in three phases— 1) Crafting Agreements in the Open, 2) Services Delivery with Community Oversight, and 3) Project Closeout & Community Feedback.

:face_with_monocle: The GG20 Eligibility Criteria has been reviewed by the DAO-elected council, including a dedicated pool of funds (up to $125K quarterly) available to support “matching on matching” pools for community-led grant rounds meeting the specific criteria.

What’s new?

The Grants Lab unit is focused on product development and adoption, aiming to increase total grant value through Allo platform usage and prioritizing product, developer relations, marketing, and Grants Stack operations! Check out the latest Grants Stack Release Notes :slightly_smiling_face:

    • Scroll is now supported on Grants Stack

  • IN PROGRESS:

    • Allo v2 Migration, targeting dev-complete date for March 18th
