I actually quite like the Gitcoin Kudos system, the Kudos is very similar to NFT( but most of them were minted on Xdai network ?)
That would be a very nice incentive and motivate people to take part.
It will bring digital art closer!

i suggest reaching out to @BlockchainGNet on twitter to get the artists he has access to. He has an open-source gaming studio with devs that have contributed to open source projects before.

Great idea. But it seems to me that we need some conditions that will motivate people to hold the Gitcoin token - for example, airdrops only for those who keep from 100 tokens in their wallet, or even better from 1000
