:blue_heart: Fraud Detection & Defense (FDD)

  • Check out the State of FDD Season 12 Review, a precursor to our Season 13 budget proposal which will be posted on Friday, Feb 4 according to the Workflow Accountability Flow. Danilo clarifies the use of certain KPIs to measure the performance of the FDD workstream, with notable discussion points given by Kyle, Pavel, and Joe.

  • We’ve conducted almost 15 hours of strategy meetings, aligning on the essential intent in each of our focus areas and the outcomes needed during the next 3 months to help us get there. You can think of these as “What would be true if FDD is successful over the next 90 days”.

  • Treasury management netted us $75k in gains. The stream will end up with $30k extra after using a portion of the gains to kickstart the FDD OS, increasing the number of human evaluations, and beginning work on a red team simulation software similar to cadCAD.

    • Model and simulate collective decision outcome variations
    • Contributors can easily access data without compromising security
