July 03 update:
Governance continued to focus on prepping for the Gitcoin Steward Council elections and working to cement a solid slate of potential candidates. Ancillary efforts include pushing the development of AI governance summaries and using push protocol to distribute governance content to GTC tokenholders. We also experienced another Snapshot spam attack where 30+ proposals illustrating the need for tighter Passport controls on who can post proposals on Snapshot. In the short term, proposal posting has been blocked until we can get the next controls in place.

Last week we saw the passage of [Proposal] Withdraw and leverage (partial) USDC balance in treasury . This proposal moved 3M USDC from the treasury into the CSDO multisig to help reduce the amount of GTC leaving the DAO.

Steward Council Elections:
Both MMM and PGF have identified three candidates and Allo/Grants stack is content with two nominees. Passport has two nominees and two pending. All workstreams have nominees which will need to complete their steward declaration this week.
As of this morning, the timeline remains unchanged and we are currently planning to announce the nominees on the forum next week, pending CSDO review.

- Write the monthly June summary
- Identify snapshot proposal changes
- Prep for steward circle meeting next week
