Seeking partners: Grants and integrations for a decentralized work & payment platform on TRON

Hi everyone,

I’m building CryptoLance, a decentralized platform for cross-border work and payments. The core infrastructure is built and tested on TRON testnet (100+ successful transactions).

CryptoLance replaces traditional banking and PayPal for unbanked talent, using smart-contract escrow and direct wallet-to-wallet USDT settlement on TRON.

Why this matters for the ecosystem:

CryptoLance is not just a product—it’s infrastructure that drives activity on TRON:

Every contract, escrow, and settlement is a TRON transaction
Every user is a new TRON wallet holder
The platform consumes Energy and Bandwidth, and requires TRX staking
It creates real-world demand for TRC20 USDT

In other words, CryptoLance’s growth directly contributes to the TRON ecosystem’s growth.

I’m looking for two types of collaboration:

Grants — CryptoLance aligns with public goods funding: it expands access to work and income for people excluded from traditional financial systems. The smart contract is open-source. The project has no proprietary token. I’m seeking grants to cover final launch costs: mainnet deployment, security audit, hosting, and TRON energy/staking resources.
Integrations — Exchanges, payment providers, and Web3 platforms that want to integrate with CryptoLance (e.g., fiat-to-crypto on/off ramps, wallet integrations, or strategic partnerships). I’m open to discussing mutually beneficial arrangements.

A note on multi-chain expansion:

The same architecture that CryptoLance has built for TRON can be extended to Ethereum and other EVM-compatible chains, subject to securing the necessary resources. The core logic—smart-contract escrow, dispute resolution, and wallet-to-wallet settlement—is chain-agnostic. Expanding to Ethereum would bring the same benefits to a broader ecosystem.

Abstract

CryptoLance is a blockchain-based platform designed to make global project work easier to organize, fund, and settle across borders.

Its first application is freelance work, but the underlying idea is broader: project-based agreements should be able to operate through programmable contracts, escrow, and borderless digital settlement.

CryptoLance combines a conventional web application with blockchain infrastructure on TRON.

Users can create projects, agree on contractual conditions, commit funds through smart-contract escrow, work through defined milestones, resolve disputes, and settle payments using TRC20 USDT.

The purpose is not to replace every traditional employment or financial system.

It is to provide another infrastructure option for people and organizations that need to collaborate across borders and may face limitations in conventional payment systems.

The broader goal of CryptoLance is not simply to facilitate payments or create activity on a particular blockchain. It is to help make cross-border work more accessible by enabling people and businesses to create new projects and opportunities, connect with local and global talent, establish the work through clear contracts, and complete payment directly through crypto wallets.

By bringing these steps together into a more automated process — from defining a project and agreeing on its terms to completing the work and settling the payment — CryptoLance aims to make participation in the global economy more accessible, including for people who face limitations with traditional banking systems.

TRON is the foundation on which this infrastructure is currently being built and tested, while the underlying approach can potentially extend to other ecosystems over time.

I think global transfer could end multiple replacement inspections and build security information.

At its core, CryptoLance is built around a simple idea: anyone, anywhere should be able to receive payment for their work, directly and easily.

And on the other side, any project — whether it’s a small business, a construction site, or a global company — should be able to access affordable local talent across borders, without unnecessary intermediaries driving up costs.

By combining smart-contract escrow, direct wallet-to-wallet payments, and automated settlement, CryptoLance makes cross-border work and payments as simple as a local transaction.
