DeCartography Beta is out! How to generate clustered data from GR's participation data, and how to improve current Gitcoin Grants

TLDR I finally finished a project I had been working on for some time called DeCartography. A brief description of this project is “a tool to analyze and cluster data from participants in Gitcoin Grant Rounds and other events through crowdsourcing” This clustered data could be used as an infrastructure for Plural QF and may be useful in reducing collusion.
