I think Option 2 is great, it considers nearly all aspects of the crypto world and give more support to those who are committed to their development.
I can see it devolving into popularity contest but with enough involvement we should be able to reduce that a bit, no?
Option 1 sounds good at this point haha
the option 2 is very samrt๏ผit can use the money to complete project

I also support Option 2, but Option 3 is a bit difficult at the moment, and time doesnโt allow.
