PAID Research Interview: Seeking Gitcoin stewards and longtime contributors

Hi Gitcoin community! I’m an innovation strategist at Jump Associates. We’re studying how member-led organizations cultivate stewardship and give members genuine ownership.

We’re looking for firsthand stories that bring Gitcoin to life: people becoming contributors and stewards, shaping decisions, navigating highs and lows, and building shared purpose, identity, and belonging. We’re also interested in what Gitcoin’s governance experiments and the broader DAO ecosystem have taught you.

We’d love to speak with a current or former core team member or a deeply involved Citizen, steward, delegate, council member, or contributor.

The virtual interview is about 60 minutes. We offer a $400 honorarium, paid to you, a charity, or of course Gitcoin.

Please reply here or message me on LinkedIn if you’re interested or know someone we should contact. Thank you!

Really appreciate how you’re approaching member-led organizations through the lens of stewardship, identity and ownership rather than just “token voting”. As a DAO governance researcher and delegate working across Arbitrum, Optimism, Gitcoin and other ecosystems from India, I’ve seen how design choices around incentives, narrative and contributor pathways can either deepen or erode long‑term community loyalty. Would be happy to participate in your Gitcoin research interviews and share concrete cases on delegation, protocol risk and multi‑chain governance if that’s useful for your work.
