As a really ambitious guy in the crypto space, looking to meet higher minds because I don’t have enough knowledge to soar at the moment, but the zeal is very much there, I went to ChatGPT cos she’s basically the only entity that can give me productive information at this point in my life. My name is Andrijana and I’m part of the BIM HERO DAO.
We’re currently conducting research on how decentralized communities structure governance and create focused initiatives through subDAOs. The goal is to inform the development of a potential Mentorship SubDAO within our own ecosystem.
During our research, Gitcoin stood out as an interesting example of distributed governance, delegated decision-making, and community-driven resource allocation. We’re especially interested in understanding how these structures work in practice beyond what is documented publicly.

Hi everyone, I’m Ali, founder of CryptoLance. I’m building a decentralized platform to connect global talent with work opportunities without banking barriers.
I’ve been following Gitcoin’s mission for a while and I’m excited to be part of this community. What drew me to Gitcoin is its focus on public goods funding and open-source infrastructure.
I’m building Settlance as a payment intelligence layer for stablecoin B2B payments. The focus is on helping teams verify counterparties and payment details, preserve payment context, understand address/payment history, and eventually detect and investigate payment exceptions before they become expensive operational problems.
Right now I’m building the public intelligence layer first, starting with USDC activity on Base, while speaking with teams that already operate real stablecoin payment workflows.
I was pointed to the Gitcoin forum after reaching out about a potential design partnership, so I’m looking forward to learning more about the community and sharing a more concrete collaboration idea in the Partnerships section once I’m able to post there.

I build open-source software in the crypto space. My current project is about making sure that when AI does real work, the people and projects behind it get paid fairly and transparently — no dark corners. I got into this because I believe small teams with good intentions should be able to make big, lasting contributions without needing to ask permission.
I found my way to Gitcoin through the Grants program. The idea that a community can decide together what’s worth funding really stuck with me, it’s the most hopeful version of this ecosystem I’ve seen.
