My 30/60/90 Plan as Executive Steward
Strategic Direction
My goal as Executive Steward is to return Gitcoin to its former glory—socially, economically, and reputationally. To achieve this, I’ll anchor our efforts around three priorities:
- Fund and help solve Ethereum’s biggest problems
- Evolve best-in-class capital allocation software
- Achieve “3,3,3,3” alignment across stakeholders — builders, domain providers, funders, and Gitcoin — so cooperation compounds for everyone.
- What “3,3,3,3” Means (Quick Note) - Shorthand for mutually reinforcing positive sum games among four stakeholder groups: Ethereum, domain providers, funders, and Gitcoin. If each plays positive-sum games with the others, the flywheel spins faster for everyone.
I have outlined here and here what I think the play is to make here. So how do we do it? I believe that the next 90 days looks like this:
What is a 30/60/90 Plan?
A 30/60/90 plan is a structured roadmap that outlines priorities and expected outcomes for the first three months of a new role. It breaks down work into three phases—establishing foundations in the first 30 days, executing and iterating in the next 60, and delivering outcomes and setting longer-term direction by 90. The goal is to provide clarity, accountability, and momentum from day one.

This 90-day sprint is about delivering near-term results while setting the foundation for Gitcoin’s next chapter. Success means demonstrating focus, competence, and alignment—so Gitcoin can lead again in funding Ethereum’s future.
