My name is Rudolph, and I am a student at the University of Passau in Germany. For my thesis, I am researching what makes DAOs sustainably successful. I am especially interested in understanding, from contributors’ perspectives, why people choose to participate in a DAO, how they find their place within it, and how their motivation shapes long-term engagement.
That’s why I am currently looking for DAO contributors who would be open to sharing their personal experiences and perspectives in a short, anonymous interview. Since GitCoin is such a vibrant community, I thought this would be a great place to find people who might be open to participating.
