Organizational Updates:
- Principal Engineer’s final decision will be made shortly.
- New Social Media Manager starts soon.
- Housekeeping updates including use of Notion Dashboard and internal communication setups.

DevCon Update:
- DevCon will take place from October 23 - November 6, focusing on community strengthening, builder engagement, and funding through community rounds and easyRPGF rounds.
- Gitcoin presence at events will be limited.

GG22 Update:
- Focused on leveraging and growing the Ethereum builder community, aligning with core values of funding public goods, and showcasing Gitcoin technology.
- Retrospective and redesign sessions have been conducted.

Leadership Insights:
- Meg highlights concerns about missing GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume) targets and decisions around custom builds and monetization efforts.
- Owocki discusses the need for scale, remaining runway in stablecoins, and product and engineering rebuild efforts.

August Financial Review:
- Actual operating expenses were slightly under budget, though some overspending is expected due to investments in Allo 2.1 and the Indexer.
- Treasury currently has $6.5M in stablecoins, which provides 15 months of runway, plus additional GTC funds.

GMV Update:
- As of September 11, 2024, GMV totals surpassed $7M, but are ~$1.3M behind the mid-September target due to various challenges, including market corrections.
- Completion of payouts for GG21/Name and EasyRF rounds, as well as submission of a new RFP for Name.
- Progress on service offerings and increased engineering focus.

September GMV Focus:
- Running rounds for multiple projects (Metis, Lukso, Polygon, Avalanche, Octant).
- Aiming to push more payouts and close significant opportunities in Q4.
