This is a really interesting tool. The focus on quantifying decentralization and identifying friction points in governance is valuable, especially for DAOs that are trying to scale.

I’m building CryptoLance, a decentralized platform for cross-border work and payments. While we’re not a DAO yet, the challenge of maintaining transparency and trust in a decentralized system is something I think about constantly. Tools like GovScout could be incredibly useful for projects like ours as they evolve toward community governance.

One question: Does GovScout account for off-chain governance discussions (like forum posts) in its analysis, or is it primarily focused on on-chain data?
