Thanks for reading and thanks for your question! For the GG24 on Giveth, the eligibility criteria and project selection was determined by Gitcoin’s Team Tiger (an internal review crew) for Dev tooling, and the domain allocators for Interop.
Determining the categories for GG24 was part of Gitcoin’s Sensemaking process, most of which happened here on the forum and in gov processes.
That’s a long way of saying, as a Giveth product lead and QF round operator, I don’t really have any authority over the themes for future Gitcoin rounds! My best advice is to stay active here in the forum on future Sensemaking posts.
