There should be an (obvious) way to view my grants by entering my Ethernet address (without a private key or MetaMask confirmation).
Personally I want this because I have two PCs, with private keys only on one of them. I want to view it with the first, too.
Other use cases may involve viewing from phone and plenty of other use cases.
Best thing is to log this as a bug report / feature request in the chat on the platform itself. Like this the product team can triage and prioritize requests based on quantity. (this forum is mostly used for governance)
