Hi, I’m Jacob, founder of spadecapitalholdings.com , a private capital advisory firm helping entrepreneurs and small businesses structure and raise funding.

For years, I’ve worked behind the scenes building capital stacks, aligning strategic partners, and helping clients unlock growth. But now I’m branching into Web3, both as a builder and as a believer in decentralized ecosystems.

I’m currently facilitating development of Gloam Coin, a mythos-driven crypto economy powered by vault-based mechanics and smart contract storytelling. This is my first direct foray into blockchain infrastructure, inspired by a growing roster of crypto-native clients and a personal passion for narrative systems.
