Gitcoin builds GitcoinDAO; GTC Incentive Proposal Background The Seasons Proposal discussed allocating GTC to the recipients of grants in the ‘Gitcoin Builds Gitcoin’ category. This proposal looks to ratify this one-time allocation for GR10. We’re posting this proposal in parallel to the Seasons proposal based on forum feedback & community discussion.
