This is a valid risk. The program manager will have to be creative in removing friction on both ends of the spectrum, protecting the time of the core contributors in the process while enabling quality participation from the community. This will require working on the demand side to ensure a healthy backlog of DAO needs that can be curated into clear RFPs and liaising with the community to elevate potential ideas with a direct traceability with Essential Intents as GCPs
