I’m excited about this initiative and look forward to serving on the grants council. We’ve recently released Allo v2 and are migrating Grants Stack to use the new protocol, which represents a huge opportunity for community contributions to our grants products! I’d love to submit some “ideas for builders” as part of this – not RFPs but gathering some ideas and community feedback that could serve as inspiration for potential grantees.
As a self-titled finances nerd, I also want to note that this is a pretty large budget request. I’d love to see a plan for returning funds if the program proves ineffective. In the future I think that budget requests over a certain amount should come with some analysis of the impact on treasury/runway and proposed ROI.
