While I don’t agree with all of their points, I thought @Vega had some interesting points about DAO & Community alignment on this thread.

The more Gitcoin insiders 1. have “Material Non Public Information” and the more 2. Gitcoin insiders are making decisions with their agency on behalf of GTC holders, the more the risks accrue to the project.
