It seems that when stewards participate in voting benefit directly from Grants rounds, that is a conflict of interest.

And could potentially benefit from the citizens round also

These are all projects I onboarded to the Beta Round, sometimes paying for their gas to apply because they couldn’t afford it due to high gas fees. Part of the onboarding process made it clear they could not contribute to my project as well. The only benefit I have from this is onboarding projects from LatAm to grow web3 education and adoption in my region
