just to illustrate the difference between a “as many domains as are deemed of a good quality get run” and a “we only do 4-6 domains” policy:
- if we do only 4-6 domains we only get the top of these proposals in.
- if we make supporting/growing domain operators a top priority we could possibly get twice that in.
thats twice the innovation going through gitcoin, twice the opportunities for value accrual, half the dissolutionment with gitcoin from propsective domain operators, and half the opportunity cost of not working with those domain operators working on AI, privacyi, open data, popups, desci - all very current metas which we would miss.
