Thank you for bringing this to the surface! As outlined in the process post I just shared above, the matching cap for this round is always lower compared to the rest of the rounds to ensure fairer funding distribution. Also, due to a lot of large established projects entering into the Retro Round in GG23, we believe it will even out well. But of course we may further adjust in GG24.
